Ephemeral felicity Zine
To design a bold yet tender printed zine or a global minded audience aging between 18-25 years old. The zine must be representitive of it's writer and the themes it talks about as well as visually attractive for young audiences.
Ephemeral felicity is a zine exploring the memoirs of a North African young woman. The editorial work aims to emulate the tenderness and youth of the text through the use of colours, type, and imagery.
The predominant lime colour and a sun-shaped icon is a reference to the search of happiness and comfort, one reoccurring theme in the writings of Aya Joubari. The lime colour is contrasted with pastels and greens, one signifying softness and the other referencing to the beauty of nature described in those texts.
